PATHETIC SERVICE - PROMISES AND NO STOVE

Unsatisfactory service. I paid for a gas stove to be delivered to Riversdal, Western Cape. Excuses excuses excuses almost 3vweeks later NO STOVE!! Many phone calls and emails and more promises, NO STOVE. Received calls from staff Jhb and CT with nice promises, eg they are on the way with the stove, turned back at Swellendam wring paperwork. Found stove in George. Next promise, stove will be delivered first thing this morning. 16 November. Still another promisr, still NO STOVE. NOW I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST. They have inconvenienced the tenants for too long now.
