Pathetic Megawarehouse service... Buyers BEWARE

If there was a zero rating that is what I prefer to give them. I have never heard of an online order that takes two weeks to deliver. In the meantime they have your money that would have earned interest in the bank account. They blame courier. Take the order to Aramex it will at least have shipping tracking. 11 days after placing an order and only when I send an email Tanja apologises for the courier. She says it will be dispatched and she sends a tracking number. No movement on tracking. Are these people ********? Am I going to get my goods?
