No call backs, no assistance and well... obviously no delivery

This is the worst service I have ever received. I placed an order without payment it was accidentally loaded on DPD laser and out for delivery. I called Megawarehouse to find out what's going on and spoke to a lady who said she will have a look and phone me straight back. Well, that didn't happen!!!! In the late afternoon I had to call AGAIN to find out what's going on and a man answered the phone. He said the error was on their side he will find out what's going on and send me the Eft details etc. in the morning first thing. Well, surprise surprise - It's now 14h00 and still no call. I had to phone again to find out what's going on and the only thing the same lady that answered yesterday could tell me is that the parcel is on its way. So I called DPD like 1 minutes thereafter and they advised that the parcel is no longer moving and will be retrieved by Megawarehouse yesterday already as instructed by them. This is really **** service!!!! Thank you for nothing! No call backs, no assistance and well... obviously no delivery. I will never use you again.
