DSTV Dish installation

Have to admit I have had VERY poor experience with this Company today........ They quoted me an amount of R1800 to replace my damaged Sat Dish and install it a couple of meters away from where it was. I indicated that they may proceed as it should have been a simple swop-out using the same wires. However upon arrival they started cutting cables inside the house which was not asked for.........never explaining once what was going on or why the re-wiring. They did not test a single cable but rather opted to change the installation internally - which was not asked for. Upon departure the invoce suddenly doubled to a lekker R3618!! They blamed it on having had to repalce damaged cables - not tested - cables not quoted for and the use of a different LNB than what was quoted for. In addition they did not remove the old cables and the LNB was left with a brand new cable attached to the arm, but not connected - when I asked why the new cable and not use it, the guy just said I will be happy to have a spare one day........I will stayaway from these installers in future.....far away!
