MEGATRON SA refuses to pay my refund since 19 June 2026 and today it is 22 July 2026.
Megatron SA financial Manager has sent me an email committing to a refund due to me. He promised on email that my payment will be made today, he also confirmed that I have been struggling since the 19 June 2026 to get my refund. I have cancelled all my new solar equipment that I wanted to purchase through them. No way to start a relationship like this when promises and commitments cannot be kept by a senior executive like the Financial manager. Continued apologies but NO payment commitment. request then to call me and still waiting. Started working with their lynwood branch and now at so called HQ.
