Worst service and after care ever

I have bought my Haval H2 1.5T at Klerksdorp My 1ste service was there and due to the low kilo’s driven, I took my vehicle for the 2nd and 3rd year to Kimberley Where I receive the utmost BEST service ever!! My 4th service was at Megatron Motors in Klerksdorp Tel no *** / ***. When I received my vehicle, it was without my rubber mats. The lady told me they let the vehicles washed at a different place. That was the first issue. On my way back the next day to Kuruman +-400km, the sunroof was making a very loud noise, I opened it, and did not want to close. I had to drive with an OPEN sunroof for over a 100 km. I immediately notified the lady. I even stopped at the nearest town, Vryburg, to check and make a video. I send the video’s. The sunroof opened a small space and closed. Now I took my vehicle there in good condition…and now it’s broken. A guy would be send to my home, they even asked for my location. I was able to drive to Kimberley HAVAL where I could be assisted as I should have. It is one excuse after the other. The manager left me a voicemail that he would attend to it. I had to ask him again on Thursday 8 Sept. Since yesterday I have not heard from him or the workshop lady. I called Kimberley's dealer principle that gave me the email and tel. no of customer care Haval SA. I whatsapp again DP of Klerksdorp and his arrogance was excellent!! I just NEEDED HELP, that's all? Now Klerksdorp is playing the victim and it sounds like a joke. What is next? Do I make a case at the police station?

I am not happy at all!!!
