Misleading and false statements

We bought a vehicle with the promise in writing that it had a full service history. When we received the vehicle we were told the lady that must get it was very busy. The salesman later confirmed they never had the history and went with the verbal confirmation from the previous owner. And they are not able to provide us with proof of full service history so I cant add the vehicle to my warranty.
