Megatheron- don’t do business with them at all! Poor management and service especially the quality of the vehicle!

I’ve bought a car a month ago from megatheron dealership. I've started to notice several issues on the car. I’ve sent a mail to the sales person regarding the issues. He phoned me the next morning trying to explain why there might be problems etc. and that I must find a garage near me fix it and send the bill. As the conversation went on the sales person- Werner started to get very impatient with me because I was slightly upset regarding this issue. The sales person -Werner started speaking very rudly to me, when I kindly asked him to calm down to get a speedy solution as to what I must do, he went off like fireworks and slammed the phone in my ear.

Ive phoned the car dealership again, the lady that answered apologized sincerely for Werners behaviour and said that the manager will contact me.

While I was waiting for the call from the dealership’s Manager the sales person- Werner send me rude messages via whatsapp saying that he is not my child, I must not speak to him that way and that he demands that I treat him with respect and the car was fine when it have left the dealership, I’m making a big deal out of something small.

I have paid a hefty price for my car which seemed to be in a good condition. All I wanted was the dealerships cooperation and assistance.

The manager phoned me later and just said to go and look for a garage, explain what the problem is and send the bill to them. The manager never apologized for werners rude behavior and poor customer service or gave me any assurity that he will handle this matter.

Very unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful!
