Megatek still owing me a refund

I bought a Go-Pro camera from Megatek. I did the EFT and everything was paid (I was told I would not be charged a delivery fee). I then received an email telling me that I had to pay an insurance fee for the delivery of the camera ( I paid this amount ) they then informed me that the delivery will be a few days late. The camera was never delivered. I have since then been in contact with them and they have agreed to refund me the amount I paid, they have a 30 day refund policy. It's almost going on 3 months now and still no refund. It's a constant struggle to get the refund. Their newest lie was that they paid the refund on Thursday 7/1/2016 it's now 13/1/2015 and still nothing has been paid into my account. They owe me R 6 650.00.
