Avoid Megatrends George totally!!

The owner Tertius came to collect a Samsung fridge/freezer. Lots of stories about what was wrong. The appliance was with him for 1 month before it was returned. all sorts of excuses such as Samsung send parts from Jhb to Cape Town and then were couriered to George. The appliance worked for 1 month after being returned. A number of e-mails sent requesting him come and fix it, no response. Somebody else was asked to check and told us there is a bad gas leak (tertius said the gas was not the cause of the problem.

Either Tertius could not identify the problem or he damaged something else while repairing the unit.

the business cannot be re**** on and should be permitted to look at appliances let alone repair them
