Selling of contract under false words

Sales person - Francois came to see me about a stock program to play online stocks. <br> The words from Francois: The contract is R235 first month and R270 p/m for the next 70 months. If I decide the program does not work for me the take the software back and the contract stops with a 6 month trial period. In the first month they took the first R235 and R270 and on that also R15000 out of my account. The R15000 was not mentioned from the first moment ever. After 2 months trying to use the contract I realize that I cant use it cause I work overseas in Iraq and Internet does not allow me to make use of the program. Francois knew that from the first moment also and his technical guy Jacques also. After the 2 months I've tried to let him know about this software that doesn't work in Iraq and that I have to stop the contract he refused to stop the contract and also don't want to take the software back as he said they do if the contract stops. I'm still willing to pay the 6 month trial period, but the fact that I tried to get the R15000 they took on top of the monthly installment they takes that's not part of the contract. After all this he goes against everything he said. I had 3 witness
