non disclosure of information and being misled

I was called twice by Instastocxx for an appointment and eventually agreed. The meeting was held at our office in Montague Gardens CT on the 14th August 2015. <br> The very convincing salesman, Johan had managed to get me to sign a number of forms thinking I was signing up for a product that costs R277 and no further payments will apply. Not at any stage did he mention the 72 month period nor the total amount of R19,950 that would be payable. Terms and conditions were not explained to me nor did I sign this document the terms at the back on the front page. This information was only given via sms after I had queried it later that evening. During the meeting I confirmed to Johan to run the amount of R277 as a straight facility on my CC because there was no need for budget if it costs R277 only. . Went to their office to return un-damaged box but Jaco refused to even look at the box or even inspect the box for damage. I wanted to leave it at their office but they refused as well. more details to follow as I don't have enough space to state the full story. seeking legal advise at the moment.
