Saw Chain no delivery, no refund.

I've had an extremely bad experience with them. I bought a saw chain in May 2023 and I was told that I have to pay a delivery fee because I was out of Johannesburg and in remote area, of which I did because it was understandable.

Even now I have not received an item and when I ask for a refund they keep on going back and forth, and now I am sick and tired and about to handover the matter to my legal advisors.
