Rusty after ONE use

<p>We purchased an iron cast wok and used it once. I rinsed eith warm water and when it dried it was rusted...badly. I phoned the customer care and recieved an email address wgere I would be assisted further. I was tpld that the otem will not be replaced or recoated as it is my fault it looks like that...after just one use!!!! I do not understand how this is my responsibility!!!!</p>
