Bad Car Aftersales

I bought the car 2 months ago and was promised to get the spare key and service book. I kept emailing and phoning the car salesman Gerrie at Megan Auto and still no response. The car I bought keeps on signaling that it is due for a service but I cant see because I am still waiting for the service book.
