Terrible customer service
Ordered a chimney with a 125mm diameter. They delivered the box that was labeled as a 125mm diameter. When the installers opened the box, it was a 150mm diameter. I have emailed them several times and they simply do not respond. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend anyone purchasing anything from them. All they care about is taking your money and then sending you an item that you did not order and is in essence utterly useless
