Shocking Service and No response

I called in to get a quote for my Patio Gas braai which needed parts and was asked to send an email with the model number to ***.

Sent the email and waited 2 days without response... then called again and was told that the person at that email is on leave, but could I forward the email to another email and they would get back to me on Monday as everyone is on Christmas leave... shocking Service and wont be getting another MegaMaster Product.
