Poor service and delivery AGAIN!!

Round number 2......and the poor service never stops!

They are quick to respond on social media and to close the case with promises but again, it took multiple phone calls to make sure they deliver as promised BUT guess what!! The wrong doors have been delivered and does not even fit where it’s supposed to as a standard door! Poor workmanship again!!

I ordered grids as well and reminded them on the size that they need to supply via mails....... guess what, wrong size delivered!!!

Questions needs to be asked regarding their customer service dept and the MANAGER! (Allways in meetings to avoid customers)

I will go out of my way to refer and encourage friends, family and social media to use/buy other brands than Megamaster!!
