Poor Service

I bought a plasma indoor braai from Builders Express which was built in by a builder. Unfortunately I discovered that the door hinge does not lock in on the one side. I complained and they sent the rep out to check the unit out. The repairman also came out about three times to try and fix the fault but was unsuccesful. Since then my emails were ignored. Nobody is responding at all. The unit cannot be closed properly and we cannot use the door to hold the braai utensils etc. This is not good service from such a well known company. Very dissapointed since we saved up to buy this unit.
