Pathetic product snd after sale service
I bought a tarragon fireplace only a few years ago and now we found a crack in the cast iron body . The after sales service is simply no service; they just don’t respond. Same for the mother company Megagroup. I wonder how such companies survive, they never heard of the word “service”. Absolutely pathetic !! I strongly recommend never to buy their products.
