After raising it with Chantelle (Customer Care Coordinator) via Facebook, she responded to our complaint immediately, and was both effective & helpful.<br> <br> Her follow-up was exceptional, and her positive attitude commendable.<br> What was an ugly situation with a difficult service provider was made all the better by Chantelle's positive attitude.<br> Truly a star in the Megamaster brand.
