MegaMaster Client Service

Received a stainless steel grill plate as a Christmas gift from my wife (yes we've been married a very long time) and when I used it for the first time the plate buckled while on the gas braai. I retried again two days later and the same thing happened. I wrote a complaint to the Megamaster email address on their website and within two hours received a response from Legae Sethokgoa asking some details (where bought, product details and photos) all of which I sent that same afternoon. And guess what, today less than a week later I received a replacement from MegaMaster.

I will try the replacement pan and comment separately but as for customer service I would give them 7 stars if this was an available option.
