Megamaster can't supply with replacement parts...what a disgrace!!!

Extremely poor management, I desperately need replacement parts for my cast iron store which I bought with faith from Megamaster....proudly South African....it's been 1 month since I've enquired about availability of replacement parts (firewall plates) .Only 2 week ago I got an email that Megamaster management has decided to discontinue replacement parts for my cast iron stove and they MAY have equivalent parts. A Week later still no information from this consultant guy . What a disgrace....I will never buy your products again because you can't service them. I will buy a new cast iron stove from your overseas competitors .......then they tell us to support proudly South African companies...with *** attitude.
