Morning, They might have good appliances of which I have 4 but their customer care is not the best, I have sent numerous 5 emails to all three of their emails address on their Web sites many times but no reply, only to get a response from the USA. I eventually called them and then began communicating via Whatts App thought that this was going well in the begging but then it just faded away no response, How must one battle with a simple response I am not being unreasonable.

If they are caring and would like to contact me I have all the communication with thier team
