Mediocre Quality, Abysmal Service

Spent R13k on a Megamaster Coalsmith Alpha braai and smoker.

Firstly, the paint st********** after only two uses...but more importantly, the thermometer died after only a few open-top braais and two smoking uses.

The Coalsmith thermometers aren't available for purchase, and the customer service literally just doesn't answer the phone. Have never even been able to speak to anyone there.

We just decided to never purchase another Megamaster product again.
