Ledro closed combustion heater

<p>Good day. We bought a ledro 16kw unit +the flue kit from builders Worcester. The primary airvent doesn't work at all. The flue pipes fits scew into each athet. For the 4.5meter flue kit there is no brackets to fit to roof. When the wind blows it pushes smoke into the house though the heater. I contacter there head office in Pretoria on the 25 of September. Nothing has been sorted out. Verry disappointed in megamaster. We spent R17000 and that is what we got.</p>
