Irresponsible to their Brand

I purchased a fire place last year August 2014, the supplier Railway Sleeperwarehouse installed a Mega Modena 900. I have to date not been able to utilize this fireplace due the fact that the fumes do not exit the vent, so end up with a room full of smoke! The supplier has since been back to try and fix, but to date I still cannot utilize something that I paid for. ITs peak winter and Mega Master will not support the supplier nor take accountability for their product. I have never seen such shocking display of nonchalant behavior from a supplier . If you are not willing to support your product then you should not be placing your products under false pretense with guarantees!!!
