Extremely poor customer service - lack of response

I have a Blaze 400 Patio Gas Braai which is made from stainless steel but the drip dray was made from mild steel which completely rusted away. I called the company multiple times with no answer, then emailed but no response re quote after 4 emails. Such terrible service. Not able to replace the drip tray so can't use the braai.
