Be careful before buying a Megamaster Braai

What a ******* product. We purchased a Megamaster Braai December last year. The welding started coming apart, and even though the braai was kept undercover, the rust at the joints of the welding was terrible! Customer service gets a -1. This item was definately not worth while buying, i dont understand why a company like Builders Warehouse woud even want to keep an item like this in stock. Thankfully they refunded my money. The only thing you get from Megamaster " we will come and weld the the broken piece of steel"! What a joke.

I am really sorry about the bad experience with our braai and our service. It is definitely not what we strive for as a brand.
