AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING!!!! FROM MEGAMASTER
DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM MEGAMASTER. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We have so many of their products and planned on buying more since we are renovating but you have lost a customer for life. After ordering a fireplace (after which we had to take our 2nd option as our order was out of stock after confirming with Kelly that they indeed have stock) and an installation kit, the kit came with mismatched sized parts. When taking this up with them, Simone advised that its an installer problem as the installer "must have switched out the parts" during installation - how PATHETIC is that for an excuse after physically taking out the parts from the MEGAMASTER box, as order from MEGAMASTER. They will surely be getting a surprize.
