Poorest service from MegaKnife- non response and non delivery

Ordered a knife, paid delivery charges ( in excess of the cost of the knife) and 2 months later, its not even shipped, no response to my request for when it will be delivered, no right to cancel my order. The worst service I have ever experienced. My attempts to approach them via email, Facebook messenger, twitter and Instagram have gone unnoticed- a phone call would be great but alas, no phone number- go figure.
