Bad attitude

We are currently renting a townhouse from above mentioned estate agent. Her attitude towards us, has been very rude and disgusting. We had plans for 2015 Fathers day. She informed us 2 days prior that the owner wants to come over on that spesific day. After mentioning that we had plans, she was extremely rude and told us we are not in a position to tell the owner what to do. We had made plans much longer before ago than her plans actually realised. Her attitude towards people is very unprofessional and rude. Her aim is to make money and people support is last on her list of priorities. She refuses to give us the owners details which is unacceptable. We are owners of another property in Heuwelsig and it is very rare that tenants look after a property as well as we do. My advice to anyone thinking of using her as an estate realtor, not to do so if you want professional service.
