Disappointed

I asked for a couple of custom made items which they agreed that they can do. I paid half and I paid the outstanding balance on delivery(the items weren’t what we agreed on and I kept telling them to share pictures so we don’t have issues upon delivery, but as usual I was ghosted) and raised issues with the items and Vuma collected (on the 18th of October 2022) the sleigh bed (headboard part) that had a defect and promised to bring it on Saturday(the 22nd) until today I’m still waiting for it and there’s no response or whatsoever. I asked him to collect the other parts and payback my money but nothing. I’m so disappointed with the service received and the items that were delivered since it wasn’t what they agreed on and said they can make. A few screenshots attached.
