bike gave problems from day one

We bought a Honda crf 450 bike gave problems from begining we phone them and they said wil send a mechanic to fix problem. He came 2 weeks later and fixed some of the ploblems i the went toe go an do a race bikes gearbox broke and they say it is my fult i draind the gearbox oil. But since the machanic was there i did not ride the bike till thw race. And the mechanics did let some of the oil leak. We compland about the oil leak from day one. Now they say we must pay the damege that is done that is R25000 i think that is a company problem because we phone alot and send them emails we were at ombitsman aswell but nothing is happening.
