We apparently live in an area where Mega Volt Loden is responsible for the electricity infrastructure to some degree - how it works I have no idea. Anyway so first we get a letter saying there will be \upgrading"of the infrastructure on 9 February and we can expect power interruption between 7am and 5pm"
