MegaSolar easy to take your money, but no delivery of item!

We purchased an air-to-water machine last year February and have since received no product. The promises are flowing ito refunds, etc however no refund has till date been received. There are just empty promises and shifting blame on to the manufacturer, Blue Water, and with a folder of evidence and communication, they just remain quiet. I'm at my wits end as to how we take this further. If anyone is aware of legal action being taken, please contact me as I would like to join in - clearly, I am not getting anywhere on my own.
