Very dissapointed

I am very dissapointed.

I wanted to start my own Christian clothing brand with a friend, so I contacted someone (Ray) that I thought could help me with the printing. He said I should first pay then he will send me samples of the printing job -- after I paid I waited a few days and still haven't received the samples, when I asked him out he told me he already couriered the stuff (6 days after he said he would and without sending me a sample), I asked for a courier slip so I can track my order, I waited 7 days and haven't received a slip. I asked for a refund and he never rep****. I had his wife's number who is also in the business, she blocked me after I asked her out. I am very dissapointed as it cost me so much money.
