WORST RELOCATION EXPERIENCE

I recently moved from RCB to PLZ. Trusted that a reputable company would know what they are doing. My garden shed arrived in pieces and my washing machine drum was never secured so it is now not working. Contacted them, sent emails no response. Three weeks later i contacted them again. Their response, yes, they did see my email but unfortunately it is MY responsibility to provide them with the equipment to secure the drum of my washing machine. I did not even continue the conversation as I am sure they also have another blame the customer up their sleeve for the garden shed. BE VERY CAREFUL with this company
