Worst Nightmare Ever

I wouldn't wish the nightmare I had with Megashift Logistics on my worst enemy. From start to finish, it was a disaster. They completely lacked organization and professionalism.

Firstly, they showed up unannounced and earlier than the scheduled time for pickup, leaving us scrambling to pack our furniture in a rush. It's as if they have no respect for their customers' time or schedules.

Then, to add insult to injury, they arrived earlier than expected at the destination but not on the scheduled date. It's like they have their own calendar that they don't bother sharing with anyone else.

But the cherry on top of this garbage cake? Some of my furniture arrived damaged, and when I reached out to Thembi Mtau, supposedly the person in charge, she promised to escalate the matter but did absolutely nothing. Zero follow-up, zero accountability.

To make matters worse, after realizing they messed up big time, they decided to block my emails and phone number, effectively silencing any attempt to seek resolution.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Megashift Logistics. They'll leave you high and dry with damaged furniture and zero customer service.
