Worst nightmare

Worst Nightmare Ever I wouldn't wish the experience I had with Megashift Logistics on my worst enemy. From start to finish, it was a disaster.

On my previous experience they came to me after 8pm while i was booked for 4pm and claimed that they were still moving another person and stucked at the warehouse.

Second time has been a cherry on top. Worst experience from the beginning. Firstly they pitched late as usual, i was booked for 11am on the 27 April but they pitched at 3pm and claimed they has truck issues. On top of that i was told my stuff will be delivered to me latest by 1 May in Jhb. I waited for communication nothing came.

When i called on 1 May i found out that my stuff was still in Dbn. I called on Friday 3 May they said the stuff was in their Jhb warehouse already, okay, i called again on Saturday morning on 4 May to find out what time they will come to me and was told they will deliver in an hour, i waited the whole day for them nothing, when i phone them they will say they are already on the way.

They pitched after 5pm which was late again and they couldn’t enter due to complex rules.

To add insult to injury, they said i must pay for storage if they take the stuff back to warehouse, mind you they kept on lying from the morning telling me they were on their way meanwhile my things were not even in Jhb yet.

If u don’t want stress in your life, stay away from this company. It's like they have their own calendar that they don't bother sharing with anyone else.
