Worst Moving company... The extremely worst mistake of my life

On the 29th July I was relocating from Pretoria East to Mosselbay Western Cape, I requested Megashift Logistics to assist me to move, I paid my bill in full around 9:30 in the morning of the 29th,asked them to come pick up at 1200, they were OK, at 10:30 I called them to move my loadings to 1400,worst mistake, I waited until 2100,i was fined by the Estate for moving after 1800,bear in mind I have a 2 years old, in an empty house, no blankets, hungry and tired.. They took their time to load, they left at 2200,next morning I got a bill from them again, saying I owe for extra items, I paid for the items, then got on a flight to Western Cape, they promised to bring the furniture on Monday, Monday was the day we were suppose to check out at the hotel we were staying in Mosselbay while waiting for our furniture, hahaha... Monday, nothing, we had to pay for another night, that we didn't plan, eat from restaurants, not budgeted, then Tuesday they say no, your furniture will arrive on Wednesday, and they offer to pay for the night,... Wednesday our stuff arrive at 9-10...the worst... Most important items listed on the list were left behind, they say they didn't have space in the truck... We staying at the point by the Beach, it's still a bit chilly, they left blankets behind, no microwaves, no kettle, no washing machine, I forgot to mention I was starting a new job, on Wednesday, I already requested 2 days off, I couldn't even go because I had no clothes at all, TV without a remote, table without legs, the whole truck was full on my son's toys... No1 had no intention of assisting, Emanuel kept on saying I'll call you, I had to keep calling to remind them, Malvin the sales assistant gave 0 Ffk.. Abel whom I thought was the manager stopped answering calls and never returned.. We are sitting in a cold house, with no heater, no help, nothing from Megashift Logistics, the only thing they say is sorry, you'll get your stuff the following week, because we have 1 delivery truck... I've never felt so disappointed, disrespected, alone and exhausted..
