Worst moving company in South Africa

I have used numerous moving companies over the years but NEVER in my life have I encountered such an *********** company! Firstly they we're 2 days late for delivery, secondly, my daughter's headboard was literally broken into two pieces (which they said was already broken when they loaded, which they later retracted because they rewrote their inventory list but luckily I made copies of the originals) it is beyond repair (now they want to offer me a carpenter to come and fix it, mind you, this is(was) a brand new piece of furniture. There are some other small stuff that's broken as well which they will not admit to. They broke off the plug on my fridge when they off loaded. They charged me R1800 extra for 100m of bubble wrap - but only the fridge was bubble wrapped! - They literally drove away with more than half off the roll that was left. Now the person who is supposed to deal with the complaint is saying that they tried to extend a hand (offered R1050 refund for bubble wrap and plug-then on Whatsapp said now that he's offering a carpenter they can refund me R850 only?) but because I won't accept that, his hands are cut off. I will not even mention the boxes that are missing but because they re-wrote the papers so many times, I won't know which boxes(numbers) are missing, I only know the content and it is very expensive stuff that is missing.
