Worst company I have ever come across

I would not recommend this company at all to anyone.

Long story short we moved from Kempton Park to Boksburg. We were promised the truck would arrive at 12h00 ended up pitching only at 18h45… Finally started loading, when they were finished I asked the trucking company to follow me to the new house and to my surprise they did not do that . They took an afternative route which made me feel very suspicious… After they pitched up at my new place 30-45 min after me, they offloaded my items. Once they were finished I asked them if I could just double check that all my items have been removed off the truck… to my surprise I found 2 pairs of my tekkies, towels and some of my frozen food (that was sealed in boxes) in a crate wrapped in blankets hidden away. When i asked them about it they said it fell in there. They have attempted to ***** my personal belongings. While i was going through the truck I have found more ****** items of other people that were hidden in blankets in the back of the truck as well as the same crate they are hidy items. We had the police at my house and they refused to arrest the guilty party as the police said it is my word against the trucking guys.. i did not take a video when removing my items .. our society is absoluty *******!! On top of everything one of the movers dropped one of my boxes with all of my oven dishes and i have been struggling to get a hold of them trying to get them to replaced but no luck. I send pictures of the broken items and I was promised that it would get sorted out but still no feedback whatsoever!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 This was the worst thing experience of my life! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
