Unreliable, Useless and unprofessional

🚫 UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UTTERLY USELESS! 🚫 Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero stars if I could) If you value your time, sanity, or blood pressure, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We scheduled a pickup for 9:00 AM. The driver actually called early to say he was "on the way," so we made sure everything was ready and waiting. Then, the waiting game began. By 11:00 AM—two hours after the promised time—nobody had shown up. No updates, no calls, nothing. We had to chase them down just to get answers, only to be casually told that they wouldn't be arriving until 2:00 PM. But wait, it gets worse! After wasting our energy arguing with their dismissive customer service team specificaly the guy called Emmanuel Nzaraybeni about their complete lack of accountability, they changed their story again. Now, the truck is suddenly supposed to arrive "between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM." They have held our entire day hostage because they don't know how to manage a basic schedule or communicate with their customers. A 6-hour delay after saying they were on their way is an absolute joke. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and hire a company that actually respects its clients!
