The sales team was helpful , I believe more can be done in terms of timely responses because I waited for days to get proof of banking And also some of my furniture (fridge) got broken the guys need to handle the furniture carefully to prevent such unfortunate circumstances But overall I'm happy with how professional they are and the customer service teams how they were able to follow up on their services it means a lot to see how valued I am as a customer
