The receptionist is very nice and helpful. She made moving process seamless for my mother and made sure any concerns were addressed. I would only advise that you ensure you give as much detailed list of moving items because the guys who pack follow the list to the T. However, should you have any small editions, make sure you have the receptionists number to communicate and update with the team on the ground. I will definitely use them for my next move
