The magical MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS

Wow what an absolute nightmare, "quality moving has a name" definitely not MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS. Where did we go wrong SA, where does these service providers come from. Do we really deserve this. I relocated from Cape Town to Jhb early this year, after a lot of smooth talk I decided to give the business to MEGASHIFT LOGISTICS. What and epic mistake. In my view not a reputable company to deal with, definitely not trust worthy. From their quotation process to final delivery absolute nightmare. Caleb Chinyengura was the gentleman assisting me, if I just new better. Some of my amazing experiences: 1. I ended up loading a few more items then originally agreed, concluded a price with Caleb and Prince (the driver) for the extra items. I ended up paying almost doubled. 2. During the loading process I express my concern with the way my stuff was handled and packed. Did it made a difference????? 3. I had to notify them after delivery of some missing items which was delivered days after the first delivery. 4. Very sad quite a number of high-value items were badly damaged. took photos send it to Caleb was guaranteed a response within 7 days. It has been more then two months to no avail. Tried to call Caleb he refuse to take my calles. The list goes on and on. What do I do?
