The lady Thembisile went over and above to ensure that my needs are accommodated and that my goods get on the next available truck to Capetown. The staff communicated at every point letting me know what is happening and when I should expect my good to arrive and be delivered. There was never a time where I was kept wondering about the whereabouts of my goods. The loading and offloading staff also was so patient and professional. Excellent service through and through.
