The collection was not on time and unfortunately I had to follow up myself

The collection was not on time and unfortunately I had to follow up myself. The communication regarding late arrival was not communicated to me. Upon arrival the driver and staff were organized and friendly. With offloading I was told to contact Driver for a time. Driver gave timeframe but was unfortunately late. Service is friendly and fast in terms of initial admin with sales staff howevr communication was poor for collection and delivery
