Terrible service

That was the worst nightmare of my life. First of all they were supposed to come at 11:00 to collect my things from Durban. In the morning l called to check if we still on the same page. I was given an assurance that difinately 11:00 there will be there. They only arrived at 17:15. No explanations , nothing.

The agreement was my things will be collected Thursday and delivered Saturday in PTA. My things were never delivered till the following week Wednesday. From Saturday lm calling them and I'm given empty promises like " Sorry Ma'am your things will be delivered today, Sorry Ma'am we will call you back in ten minutes.

From Saturday we slept on the floor, no blankets , no clothes and still given empty promises in between. Furthermore no one is updating me about the delay and the reason behind. When l call all they do is lie and afterwards switch off their phones. As if that was not enough, my side couch leg was broken😭💔, still no explanations.

My Family and I are still recovering from this trauma and the little ones who ended up with a cold due to sleeping on the floor with no bed, no blankets. When it comes to this company l'm out of words😫
